ITALY IN RED ZONE

December 24, 25, 26, 27, 31 and January 1, 2, 3, 5, 6

• prohibition of any movement into and out of the Region and also within the territory itself (always except for necessity and urgency);

• closure of retail shops (therefore wholesale shops remain open), except pharmacies, parapharmacies, newsagents, tobacconists and food and basic necessities retailers both in neighborhood businesses, both in the medium and large retail sector, also included in shopping centers, provided that access to the aforementioned activities only is permitted;

• closure of non-food markets;

• closure of catering establishments or bars, pubs, restaurants, ice cream parlors, pastry shops; only catering with home delivery is allowed, as well as take-away catering until 10 pm;

• suspension of sports activities, including those carried out in outdoor sports centers;

• possibility of individually carrying out motor activities (i.e. taking walks) in the vicinity of one's home, respecting the distance of at least one meter from any other person and with the obligation of a mask; It is also allowed to carry out sporting activities exclusively outdoors and individually.

It will still be possible to visit relatives and friends who are not cohabiting from 5 am to 10 pm. In fact, it is allowed to move to a single private home, located in the same region, once a day, within the LIMITS OF TWO PEOPLE, additional to those living there, in addition to minors under the age of 14 on whom parental authority is exercised and to people with disabilities or non self-sufficient living together. It is a small exception to the traffic ban, during the holidays, to be able to visit loved ones, avoiding the risk of dangerous gatherings.

ITALY IN ORANGE ZONE

December 28, 29, 30 and January 4

• prohibition of any movement, in and out, from the Region (except for proven work, health and urgency needs);

• suspension of catering service activities (including bars, pubs, restaurants, ice cream parlors, pastry shops), with the exception of canteens and catering. Only catering with home delivery is permitted, as well as catering with take-away up to 22.00, with a ban on consumption on the spot or nearby.

As for travel, in the orange zone there is, in general, the prohibition of any movement in a municipality other than that of residence, domicile or home, except for proven work needs, study, for health reasons, for situations of necessity or to carry out activities or use services that are not suspended and not available in your municipality.

The Decree, however, provides for an exception: in fact, movements from small municipalities (up to 5,000 inhabitants) will be allowed within a maximum radius of 30 km, without being able to go to the provincial capitals.
