With the new Dpcm, the self-certification for travel in Italy is, again, applied: a curfew will be implemented throughout the country at 10 pm and, therefore, the need to justify one's movements will also be necessary in the municipalities included in the yellow zones, after that hour. The form, already available on the Viminale website: https://www.interno.gov.it/sites/default/files/2020-10/modello_autodichiarazione_editabile_ottobre_2020.pdf, is the same that was prepared on the occasion of the Dpcm of 24 October and already usable for the ordinances in force in the regions where the curfew was established. This is a standard model - which all police patrols will have at their disposal - where citizens must indicate the reasons for the move (for reasons of work, necessity and health). Controls will be carried out on a random basis and whoever fails to demonstrate the reason indicated in the self-certification will be reported.
