ASSEGNO NUCLEO FAMIGLIARE - para kanino ito?

Nagsimula na ang pag-aaply para sa Assegno Nucleo Famigliare nitong Hulyo para sa taong 2020-2021. Alam nyo ba kung ano ito, para kanino at magkano ang maaaring matanggap dito?

Ang ANF o Assegno Nucleo Famigliare ay tulong na ibinibigay ng gobyerno ng Italya sa pamamagitan ng INPS para sa mga pamilyang nagtatrabaho, may pension at social security benefits para mga trabahador na may tuberculosis insurance. Ang halagang maaaring matanggap ay nakadepende sa family composition at overall income nito: mas malaki ang kita, mas mababa ang value ng ANF.Ang ilang partikular na sitwasyon ay maaarin magpataas ng halaga ng ANF tulad ng single-parent or with incapacitated components of the family. Ang amount nito ay maaaring magbago taon-taon at ito ay ipinipublika ng INPS in tables valid from 1 July of each year, until 30 June of the following year (CIRCULAR N.60 of 21 May 2020). Sino ang maaaring mag-apply ng ANF?

• private sector employees

• agricultural workers;

• domestic and temporary workers;

• workers enrolled in the Separate Management;

• employees of ceased and failed firms;

• pension holders from the Employee Pensions Fund, special funds and former ENPALS;

• holders of social security benefits;

• workers in other direct payment situations.

Maaaring mag-apply nito para sa:

• legal wife or partner (na may contratto di coppia di fatto) na hindi legally separated or divorced kahit hindi pareho ng residensya;

• anak less than 18 years old kahit hindi pareho ng residensya;

• anak na may major age at may invalidity recognition at wala pang sariling pamilya (subject to authorization);

• anak na nag-aaral pa o may apprentice contract over the age of 18 and under the age of 21, at parte ng "large families" (families with at least four children all under the age of 26), subject to authorization;

• kapatid o apo ng aplikante, minors or adults, incapable of profitable work at ulila na sa parehong magulang, hindi kasal at hindi nakakatanggap ng indirect pension mula sa contribution ng mga namatay na magulang, subject to authorization;

• apo na carico, below 18 years old, at kasama sa residenza, subject to authorization.
